Image Ownership: Latitude 37

This waterfront home was built around one ambition: a large structure that stays serene. Clean walls, floor to ceiling windows, and an open outlook to the water.

Introducing an elevator into that environment required care. A clunky or noisy lift would undermine everything the home was working toward. We collaborated closely with builder Latitude 37 to specify a lift that belonged to the interior, contributes to the flow of the home, and respects the calm of its surroundings.

The HLB was the considered choice. Its customisation adapted to the home’s exacting design language, and its 3-level, adjacent-entry configuration supports the natural flow between floors. Full glass frosted doors with brushed stainless frames keep the cabin light without competing with the architecture. Inside, INOXS trims run alongside a silver mirror wall and 879 Grigio Grafite Fin. Luc-2 panel — referencing the home’s material palette without replicating it. The Venice Touch control panel in black and a diamond ceiling finish the space with quiet intention.
