Our Next Level lift had it's first service recently and during the service it was noted that the signal for the SIM card was not very strong.James, who was doing the service recommended a change of network provider which has been done and it now works a treat. James is very knowledgeable and just this suggestion has set our minds at ease as there is nothing worse than getting stuck in a lift without outside communication.
We have had a Next Level Elevator installed in our new home extension and love it.Looking to engage a builder in 2022, we ordered the lift early that year with delivery later in the year (expected delays by COVID being realised).We were unable to get a builder, so I ran the project as an owner builder during 2023. The installation occurred immediately after the lift shaft was completed (Sept 23) Then the lift was commissioned as soon as final certificate for the build was issued (Jan 24).Despite the extensive delays caused in completing the build, NLE’s Project Manager Eddie Hume kept on top of progress regularly checking with me where we were at and updating target dates.When I was finally ready to have the lift installed, Eddie’s responsiveness was exceptional. He inspected the job immediately. I was so grateful for his expertise and professionalism. He and his team did an excellent job, including a follow up 6 month inspection. We have had no faults at all with the lift.As I mentioned previously, we love the lift. It is just what we needed to ensure we can live here well into our senior years.Thank you all at NLE.

We’re in our 70’s and enjoying the convenience of living in our four-level converted warehouse on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD. Our only reservation was “Would the stairs be a problem in the future?”We have solved our problem with an Eltec elevator supplied and installed by Next Level Elevators.The elevator is a brilliant piece of engineering, designed and manufactured in Italy to meet the requirements of residential installation. The traction system employs an energy efficient counterweighted electric motor driven belt drive. The shaft and cabin are of anodised aluminium frame with glass panel infill – attractive, no maintenance and doesn’t block the light.Retrofitting the elevator into the existing building’s cramped and irregular shaped air/light shaft was a challenge which Next Level’s installation team completed admirably.The lift has been in use for a year now. There have been a few minor problems with shaft door locks but Next Level‘s well trained maintenance technicians have sorted the problems.We can highly recommend both Next Level Elevators and Eltec for the quality of the product and installation. Next Level have been responsive and good to deal with throughout.

The installation went very well. Eddie the project manager was very prompt and efficient. The only issue I had was with the accounts department sending far too many invoices. By and large I was very happy with my dealings with NEXT LEVEL.

There were BIG issues with communication and securing dates with this company. The office staff were often rude.I had a delivery of equipment sent without prior notification. This became problematic as it couldn’t be moved and was in the way with renovations.Finalisation of the installlation was delayed 2 months due to late arrivals of the equipment from Italy. I paid a deposit in may and finally was able to use the lift in January.The office made it VERY CLEAR they did not appreciate being called about delivery dates, installation dates.I had been informed the lift installation would be 3 months. It took over 7 months to have a lift one could use.The lift is good,,,,,but the service was AWEFUL from the office staff.Lack of communication is a huge problem.!!!
