From 11–15 May 2026, we took the Italy Premium Lift Innovation Tour from concept to reality — a trip built on trust, partnership and a commitment to showing our clients exactly what we’re made of.
It began as a builder competition among HIA members, announced at the HIA NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards in November 2025 as part of Next Level Elevator’s headline sponsorship of the event. Country to Coast Projects came out on top, and from that moment, the countdown to Italy was on.
The tour was designed with three purposes in mind: to reward a valued client, to strengthen our partnerships, and to offer a rare, firsthand look at our co-owned manufacturing facility, Eltec where every lift we deliver is engineered and built. Country to Coast Projects didn’t just trust us to integrate elevators into their premium builds. They also partnered with us on camera to show the broader industry that what we promise is exactly what arrives on site.
Behind the scenes, the tour was developed in close collaboration with Eltec, who warmly opened their doors and led the itinerary. For us, this was about more than a reward. It was about proof — that our promises of precision, reliability and seamless performance are grounded in genuine innovation and world-class manufacturing.
Matt Tilley, Managing Director and Owner of Country to Coast Projects, experienced all of this firsthand. The itinerary included a vineyard excursion, cultural tours with a dedicated English-speaking guide, authentic Italian dining, a helicopter ride over the Italian countryside, and accommodation at the beautiful Villa de Dottori, hosted by us for the duration of the trip.
It was an honour to give back to a client who has placed so much trust in us. Here’s to the first of many tours ahead.
